The Internet

Domain name - Name assigned to a resource on the internet.

Domain name server (DNS) - A server which stores website domain names and their IP addresses

Internet - An international network of networks.

IP address - Internet protocol number: the unique number that identifies a resource on the internet.

URL (Uniform Resource Locator) - An address used to access web server and resources on them 

World wide web (WWW) - The collection of websites hosted on the internet
