Legal issues - Issues concerned with breaking the law or doing something unlawfully 

Computer Misuse Act -1990 - The UK law that makes it illegal to hack into a person’s computer and to disrupt deliberately someone else’s computer.

Data Protection Act -1998 - The UK law that tells organisations how they must protect the personal data of real people.

Copyright and patents act - An act to protect property and patents from being used or modified without the owners permission 

Creative commons licence - Permits sharing of creative work as long as certain requests from the original creator are upheld 

Freedom of Information Act - Allows member of public to access information held by a public organisation about the organisations activities
